摘 要:继电保护装置是电力系统的核心部分,其定值整定直接关系到继电保护的动作。只有充分发挥继电保护装置的作用,在电网发生故障时能快速、正确地做出反应,才能保证整个电网的安全运行。在过电流继电器(Over current relay,OCR)的保护整定中,整定值通常通过试错法获得,往往导致整定值不够准确。因此,提出一种基于数值计算算法的新程序,通过在实际电气系统中反时限过电流保护时间常数整定值(Time dial setting,TDS)和时间-电流特性(Time-current characteristic,TCC)曲线来整定反时限过电流继电器,简单而准确地获取OCR设定值。结果表明,数值计算算法程序计算结果与实际电力系统中的值非常接近,还可以优化TDS和TCC曲线。The distribution system in industrial applications is generally radial or annular.Due to the complexity of electrical components,the relay protection setting calculation of the power system is a time-consuming and labor-consuming problem to be solved.In the protection setting of overcurrent relay(OCR),the setting value is usually obtained by trial and error method,which often leads to inaccurate setting value.Therefore,a new program based on a numerical calculation algorithm is proposed to set the inverse time overcurrent relay through the time dial setting(TDS)and time-current characteristic(TCC)curve of inverse time overcurrent protection in the actual electrical system,to obtain the set value of OCR simply and accurately.The results show that the calculation results of the proposed program are very close to the values in the actual power system,and the TDS and TCC curves can also be optimized.
