摘 要:为强化虚拟电厂的市场竞争力,争取利益最大化、能耗最小化,提出一种基于源荷不确定性的负荷优化调度方法。利用正态分布描述源荷不确定性,采用离散型随机变量的概率分布,架构光伏电站出力与负荷模型。将能耗量最大化与运行成本最小化作为负荷优化调度目标,建立目标函数方程、负荷优化调度模型及对应约束条件。仿真结果表明,所提方法在保证虚拟电厂高效运行的同时,对电价峰-谷趋势起到了较好的“削峰填谷”效用,经济收益相对可观,具有较高的可靠性。In order to strengthen the market competitiveness of virtual power plants,maximize benefits and minimize energy consumption,a load optimal scheduling method based on source load uncertainty is proposed.The source load uncertainty is described by normal distribution,and the output and load model of photovoltaic power station is constructed by using the probability distribution of discrete random variables.Taking the maximization of energy consumption and the minimization of operation cost as the objectives of load optimal scheduling,the objective function equation,load optimal scheduling model and corresponding constraints are established.The simulation results show that the proposed method not only ensures the efficient operation of the virtual power plant,but also has a good effect of"cutting peak and filling valley"on the peak valley trend of electricity price,with relatively considerable economic benefits and good reliability.
