摘 要:为了增强主动配电网运行的可靠性和经济性,提出一种基于计及不确定性的储能扩展规划方法。分析配电网中不确定性较强因素的概率变化特点,建立风能发电机组和光伏发电机组的均衡配比出力模型。利用模糊均值算法分析电压、电纳以及电导等参数间变量关系,通过负荷量约束函数和模糊均值算法有效约束储能扩展极值。采用网络空间法计算不同变量下经济运行成本权重,利用目标函数使权重与期望规划值不断贴合,完成电网储能扩展的高效规划。仿真结果证明,所提方法适配性高、规划结果可靠和严谨,可以在最低运行成本下实现精准规划。In order to enhance the reliability and economy of active distribution network operation,an energy storage expansion planning method considering uncertainty is proposed.The probability variation characteristics of uncertain factors in distribution network are analyzed,and the balanced ratio output model of wind power generator and photovoltaic generator is established.The variable relationship among parameters such as voltage,susceptance and conductance is analyzed by fuzzy mean algorithm,and the extended extreme value of energy storage is effectively constrained by load constraint function and fuzzy mean algorithm.The network space method is used to calculate the weight with economic operation cost under different variables,and the objective function is used to continuously fit the weight with the expected planning value,so as to complete the efficient planning of power grid energy storage expansion.Simulation results show that the proposed method has high adaptability,reliable and rigorous planning results,and can achieve accurate planning at the lowest operating cost.
