摘  要:光伏电站故障暂态特征分析过程中,由于交流侧电网模型的差异,导致故障暂态特性分析结果可信度系数较低。因此,对基于PSCAD的光伏电站交流侧故障暂态特性进行分析。在PSCAD软件的作用下构建可靠性较高的电网模型。在PSCAD模型内提取出故障电流,并计算故障暂态特征量。汇总电容放电、电流回馈以及电压恢复三个阶段的暂态特征量,获取故障暂态特性分析结果。仿真实验结果表明:单相短路故障出现后电网内部电压跌落20%,故障点暂态电流大幅度增长,分析结果信度系数达到了0.98。In the process of fault transient characteristic analysis of photovoltaic power station,the reliability coefficient of fault transient characteristic analysis results is low due to the difference of AC side power grid model.Therefore,the AC side fault transient characteristics of photovoltaic power station based on PSCAD are analyzed.The power grid model with high reliability is constructed under the action of PSCAD software.The fault current is extracted from PSCAD model and the fault transient characteristic is calculated.The transient characteristics of capacitor discharge,current feedback and voltage recovery are summarized to obtain the analysis results of fault transient characteristics.The simulation results show that after the occurrence of single-phase short-circuit fault,the internal voltage of the power grid drops by 20%,the transient current at the fault point increases greatly,and the reliability coefficient of the analysis results reaches 0.98.
