精室理论在中医泌尿男科中的应用探析

摘　　要：本文从精室的古今认识,浅析其具体位置、生理功能、相关证型以及治疗方法等。认为精室类似于男子生殖系统,由肾所主司,受多脏腑调节,常因湿、热、瘀、郁、虚等病因而功能失用。精室辨证在前列腺疾病、男性不育症、男性性功能障碍等泌尿男科疾病中皆有参考价值。其治疗也应坚持整体与局部同治,但需明确相关病理因素的轻重,有针对性施治,并在后期调护上注重与现代生活方式结合。This study discussed the ancient and modern understanding of the sperm chamber,concluded its specific location,physiological functions,related syndromes and treatment methods.It is believed that the sperm chamber is similar to the male reproductive system,which is dominated by Kidney and regulated by multiple internal organs.Its malfunctions are often caused by dampness,heat,stasis,stagnation and deficiency.Syndrome differentiation of sperm chamber is of significance in diseases of urology and andrology,such as prostate disease,male infertility and male sexual dysfunction.It should also adhere to the overall and local treatment,clarify the severity of the relevant pathological factors,targeted treatment,and pay attention to the combination of modern lifestyle in the later stage of care for the treatments of corresponding diseases.
