摘　　要：银屑病是一种发病机制复杂、多病因的炎症性、增生性皮肤疾病。近年来银屑病的发病率逐年增高,已成为危害患者身心健康的重大疾病之一。中医基于藏象学说,从脏腑辨治的角度认为银屑病的发生与肝、脾、肾三脏关系密切,“肝主情志”“脾为后天之本”“久病及肾”等中医理论在银屑病的中医辨证和治疗过程中具有指导意义。治疗上以疏肝、健脾、补肾为基本方法,同时灵活搭配凉血、化湿、祛瘀等药物,常取得满意的治疗效果。本文通过查阅国内外相关文献,整理、分析所收集到的资料,从肝、脾、肾三脏讨论银屑病的论治,旨在阐明中医药治疗银屑病的研究进展,为银屑病的治疗研究提供参考和选择。Psoriasis is an inflammatory and proliferative skin disease with complex pathogenesis and multiple causes.In recent years,the incidence rate of psoriasis has increased year by year,and it has become a major disease endangering the physical and mental health of the patients.Based on visceral manifestation theory,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)believes that the occurrence of psoriasis is closely related to the liver,spleen and kidney.The liver governs emotion,the spleen is the acquired foundation,and prolonged disease affects the kidney.These TCM theories have guiding significance in the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of psoriasis.In the treatment of psoriasis,we usually soothe the liver,tonify the spleen and supplement the kidney,and at the same time,flexibly combine blood cooling,dampness resolving,and stasis dispelling medicinals,which usually achieves satisfactory treatment results.By reviewing the relevant literature at home and abroad,sorting out the collected data,we in this paper discuss the treatment of psoriasis from physiology,pathology and treatment of the liver,spleen and kidney.The purpose of this paper is to clarify the research progress of the treatment of psoriasis with TCM,and provide reference and choice for the treatment of psoriasis.
