枳实炭化程度对镇痛和抗抑郁药效的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究枳实炭化程度对其镇痛和抗抑郁药效的影响。方法:通过小鼠热板实验、甩尾实验及扭体实验评价生枳实、炒枳实、枳实炭的镇痛作用;通过小鼠悬尾实验和强迫游泳实验比较枳实不同炮制品抗抑郁作用。结果:3个经典镇痛实验中,枳实炭和炒枳实均表现出镇痛作用,生枳实只在扭体实验和热板实验中表现出一定的镇痛作用,3个镇痛实验效果分别为:枳实炭>炒枳实>生枳实;经典抗抑郁实验中,生枳实、炒枳实与枳实炭均具有抗抑郁作用,但抗抑郁效果仍为:枳实炭>炒枳实>生枳实。结论:在本实验研究范围内,生枳实、炒枳实和枳实炭随着炭化程度的加深,其镇痛和抗抑郁药效逐渐增强,尤其中枢镇痛效力增强最为明显。Objective:To study the analgesic and the anti-depressant effect on different carbonization degree of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus(AFI).Methods:Through the classic analgesic experiment,including mice hot plate test,tail flick test and acetic acid writhing test,the different analgesic effects were observed among AFI and roasted Aurantii Fructus Immaturus(RAFI)and Aurantii Fructus Immaturus Carbonisatus(AFIC).Through the classic anti-depressant experiment,including tail suspension test and forced swimming test,the anti-depressant effects were compared among different preparations of AFI.Results:RAFI and AFIC showed analgesic effect in the three analgesic experiments,AFI showed analgesic effect only in the acetic acid writhing test and the hot plate test,the analgesic effect of AFIC was stronger than AFI and RAFI.In the classic anti-depressant experiment,AFI,RAFI and AFIC all showed anti-depressant effects,and the anti-depressant effects of AFIC was also the strongest,followed by RAFI and AFI.Conclusion:The analgesic effect and the anti-depressant effect were gradually enhanced with the increased degree of carbonization among AFI,RAFI and AFIC within this study,especially the central analgesia effect enhanced most.
