摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(AD)是临床上最常见的中枢神经系统退行性疾病之一,其发病率逐年增加,具有高致残率和高死亡率的特点,中医药诊治AD取得较好效果。国医大师卢芳基于“窍”理论,认为本病的病位在心窍和脑窍,核心病机多为“痰瘀阻窍、神机失用”,治疗以“化痰逐瘀、醒神开窍”为主。卢芳教授在治疗AD时,运用鼻溶栓剂联合脑灵通窍汤作为AD的基础方。本文系统归纳总结了基于“窍”理论辨治AD的思路,并附验案1则以佐证。Alzheimer s disease(AD)is one of the most common central nervous system degenerative diseases in the clinic.Its incidence has been increasing year by year,with high disability rate and high mortality rate.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has achieved good results in diagnosis and treatment of AD.Based on‘orifice’theory,TCM master Professor Lu Fang believes that the location of this disease is in the‘heart orifice’and‘brain orifice’;the core pathogenesis is‘phlegm stasis blocking the orifice and dysfunction of cognition’;and the treatment should focus on‘dissolving phlegm and eliminating stasis,and wakening the spirit and opening the orifice’.In the treatment of AD,Professor Lu Fang uses nasal thrombolytic suppository and Naoling Tongqiao decoction as the basic treatment of AD.This paper systematically summarizes the idea of differentiation and treatment of Alzheimer s Disease based on‘orifice’theory.A case is attached to support this report.
