血络诊察源流考

摘　　要：从文献研究、史学研究角度梳理、考证血络诊察法的学术发展源流。认为该法源于扁鹊色脉诊和早期砭石刺脉的医疗实践,至《黄帝内经》时期备受医家重视,并强化了其“诊以断”和“察以刺”的双重内涵:前者指据体表络脉异常辨疾病病性、病位、预后等,后者指察血络瘀态并直接采取刺血疗法。二者或有重合,但在诊络部位和诊络意义方面仍有较大差异,后世演变亦不同。前者逐渐发展为小儿指纹诊、目络诊等独具特色的络诊体系,内涵不断充盈丰富,广泛用于临床各科,后者反而式微。梳理、考证该诊法源流,可为科研及临床重新审视、应用血络诊察法提供借鉴。This study combed the academic development history of blood collateral diagnosis method from the perspective of literature researches and historical researches.It is believed that this method originated from the early practice of puncturing vessels with stones and Bian Que color-pulse diagnosis.Then it was highly valued by doctors during the period of Yellow Emperor’s Canon of Internal,and strengthened its dual connotation of‘diagnosing to judge’and‘observing to puncture’;the former refers to the identification of disease’s nature,location and prognosis according to the abnormality of body surface collateral,and the latter refers to the detection of blood stasis and directly taking blood pricking therapy.The two may overlap,but there are still great differences in the body regions and significance of collateral diagnosis,and the evolution in later generations is also different.The former has gradually developed into a series of network diagnosis systems,such as fingerprint diagnosis in children and eye network diagnosis.Its connotation has been constantly enriched and widely used in clinical departments,whereas the latter has declined.The research on the origin and development of this diagnostic method may provide reference for scientific research and clinical practice,so as to provide reference for inspecting and applying the blood collateral diagnosis method in research and clinical practice.
