摘　　要：缺血性脑中风指因脑部血液循环障碍引起缺血、缺氧,导致脑组织损伤或坏死的一种疾病。血管稳态是维持人体正常生理活动的基础,血管稳态失衡是缺血性脑中风发生、发展的病理基础之一。气虚血瘀是缺血性脑中风发生的重要病机,益气活血类方药是其临床治疗中的常用药物,临床疗效较好。本文基于对以往相关文献的整理、归纳、总结,探讨益气活血类方药调控血管稳态抗缺血性脑中风的作用机制,为后续中医药防治缺血性脑中风的实验及临床研究提供一定的理论依据。Ischemic stroke refers to a kind of disease which causes ischemia,hypoxia and brain tissue damage or necrosis due to cerebral blood circulation disorders.Vascular homeostasis is the basis for maintaining normal physiological activities of the human body,and vascular homeostasis imbalance is one of the pathological bases for the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke.Qi deficiency and blood stasis is an important pathogenesis of ischemic stroke,replenishing Qi and activating blood circulation prescriptions are commonly used in clinical treatment,with good clinical efficacy.Based on the sorting,induction and summary of previous relevant literature,this study discussed the anti-ischemic action mechanism of replenishing Qi and activating blood circulation prescriptions by regulating vascular homeostasis,and provided a theoretical basis for the subsequent experimental and clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke.
