摘　　要：目的:探讨经前外侧入路显微手术治疗颈椎旁神经源性肿瘤的技术特点及治疗效果。方法:回顾分析暨南大学附属第一医院神经外科自2017年6月至2021年9月15例经前外侧入路手术治疗的颈椎椎旁神经源性肿瘤患者的临床资料,统计患者的切口长度、手术时间、出血量、肿瘤全切率及手术后并发症出现的情况。结果:本组患者手术时间为62~143min,出血量为50~120 mL,手术切口长度为7~12 cm,住院时间为7~9 d。椎旁肿瘤切除率为100%。术后病理诊断:神经纤维瘤9例,神经鞘瘤5例,副神经节瘤1例。随访12个月,本组患者无肿瘤复发、感染、死亡的病例。结论:经前外侧入路手术治疗颈椎旁神经源性肿瘤安全且疗效确切。Objective:To investigate the technical characteristics and therapeutic effects of transanterolateral approach microsurgery for the treatment of cervical paraneurogenic tumors.Methods:The clinical data of 15 patients with cervical paravertebral neurogenic tumors treated by anterolateral approach from June 2017 to September 2021 in the Department of Neurosurgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University were summarized and analyzed.The incision length,operation time,blood loss,total tumor resection rate,and postoperative complications of the patients were analyzed.Results:The operation time ranged from 62 to 143 min,the blood loss was 50 to 120 mL,the surgical incision length was 7 to 12 cm,and the hospital stay was 7 to 9 days.The paravertebral tumor resection rate was 100%.Pathological diagnosis was made in 9 cases of neurofibroma,5 cases of schwannoma and 1 case of paraganglioma.Follow-up for 12 months showed no tumor recurrence,infection or death.Conclusion:The anterolateral approach is safe and effective for the treatment of cervical side neurogenic tumors.
