摘 要:针对高温喷水冷却后方钢管与圆钢管试件界面黏结性能的差异,以历经最高恒温温度、再生粗骨料取代率和冷却方式为3个变化参数,制作了27个喷水冷却和2个自然冷却的试件进行静力推出试验,分析了2种截面形式再生混凝土试件的破坏全过程,对方与圆钢管试件依次从黏结强度、界面黏结抗剪刚度和耗能因子3个方面进行了对比分析。结果表明:经过高温和喷水冷却后,随着历经最高温度的增大,方与圆钢管试件的黏结强度变化趋势有很大不同。随着再生粗骨料取代率的增大,两种截面形式的黏结强度、界面黏结抗剪刚度和耗能因子的变化趋势均不同。随着锚固长度的增大,圆钢管试件的黏结强度优于方钢管试件的,两者的界面黏结抗剪刚度呈相反的变化趋势,耗能因子均减小。In view of the difference in the interface bonding performance between the square steel pipe and the round steel pipe specimen after high temperature and water spray cooling,Taking the highest constant temperature,the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregates and the cooling method as 3 changing parameters,27 water-jet cooling and 2 natural cooling test pieces were produced for static push-out tests,analyze the failure process of the recycled concrete specimens with two cross-sections.The square and the round steel pipe specimens were compared and analyzed from the three aspects of bond strength,interface bond shear stiffness and energy dissipation factor.The results show that after high temperature and water spray cooling,with the increase of the maximum temperature,the change trend of the bond strength of the square and round steel pipe specimens is very different.With the increase of the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate,the change trends of the bond strength,interfacial bond shear stiffness and energy dissipation factor of the two cross-section forms are different.With the increase of the anchoring length,the bond strength of the round steel pipe specimen is better than that of the square steel pipe specimen,the interfacial bond shear stiffness of the two specimens shows the opposite trend,and the energy dissipation factor decreases.
