摘  要:以铅锌尾矿、再生粗骨料取代率为变量设计9组地聚物混凝土配合比,测试了地聚物混凝土的抗压、劈裂抗拉和抗折性能;设计5个批次共14组钢筋-地聚物混凝土拉拔试验,评价钢筋与地聚物混凝土的黏结强度。试验结果表明:铅锌尾矿取代率增加,劈裂抗拉强度先上升后下降,抗压强度和抗折强度降低;再生粗骨料取代率增加对3种力学性能均产生不利影响。28 d龄期时抗折强度为立方体抗压强度的8.2%~9.6%,劈裂抗拉强度为立方体抗压强度的6.6%~7.8%。钢筋-地聚物混凝土的黏结强度与地聚物混凝土的立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度的线性相关系数分别为0.876和0.975,近似成正比关系。The replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate and lead and zinc tailings was used as a variable to design the mixture ratio of 9 groups of polymer concrete.The compressive,splitting tensile and flexural properties of polymer concrete were tested.Pull-out tests were carried out on 5 baches total of 14 groups to evaluate the bond behavior between geopolymer concrete and steel bars.The test results show that as the substitution rate of lead-zinc tailings increases,the splitting tensile strength increases first and then decreases,while the compressive strength and flexure strength decrease.The increase of replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate has negative effect on the three mechanical properties.On 28 days age of concrete,the flexion strength is 8.2%~9.6%of the cube compressive strength,and the splitting tensile strength is 6.6%~7.8%of the cube compressive strength.The linear correlation coefficients between the bonding strength of reinforced concrete and the splitting tensile strength of reinforced concrete are 0.876 and 0.975 respectively,which are approximately proportional to each other.
