摘 要:依托大连地铁5号线劳动公园车站项目,详细分析洞桩法施工中混凝土硬化过程对地铁车站施工地层沉降的影响。使用MIDAS软件建立三维数值模型,通过建立浅埋大断面洞桩法常规施工模型,再进一步考虑在施工过程中各个混凝土构件在硬化过程中的作用,分析施工过程中混凝土硬化带来的沉降影响,并与实际监测数据进行对比。结果显示:在施工过程中根据地表位移变形可以得出混凝土硬化作用在施工过程中不断叠加沉降值;在相邻导洞的施工中混凝土硬化会产生较大影响。在车站中心处拱顶最大位移区域会因为混凝土硬化过程产生明显扩大。围岩塑性区的范围明显增大,两侧边墙底部部分应力集中明显。可见混凝土硬化过程在地铁车站施工中存在不可忽视重要影响作用,同时数值模拟与实际监测数据吻合较好。建议在设计规范中应适当考虑混凝土硬化作用对地铁车站沉降影响。Relying on the Labor Park Station Project of Dalian Metro Line 5,the impact of concrete hardening process on the construction settlement of the subway station during the construction of the tunnel pile method was analyzed in detail.Use MIDAS software to establish a three-dimensional numerical model,establish a conventional construction model of shallow-buried large-section hole pile method,and further consider the role of each concrete component in the hardening process during the construction process,and analyze the settlement impact caused by the hardening of the concrete during the construction process.And compare with actual monitoring data.The results show that during the construction process,according to the displacement and deformation of the ground surface,it can be concluded that the concrete hardening effect continuously superimposes the settlement value during the construction process.The concrete hardening will have a greater impact in the construction of adjacent pilot tunnels.The maximum displacement area of the vault at the center of the station will be significantly enlarged due to the hardening process of the concrete.The range of the plastic zone of the surrounding rock is obviously enlarged,and the stress concentration in the bottom part of the side walls on both sides is obvious.It can be seen that the concrete hardening process has an important effect that cannot be ignored in the construction of subway stations,and the numerical simulation is in good agreement with the actual monitoring data.It is suggested that the impact of concrete hardening on the settlement of subway stations should be properly considered in the design code.
