摘 要:热膨胀性能是影响混凝土温度变形和开裂的重要指标。通过浇筑不同强度的珊瑚混凝土试件,研究了全珊瑚混凝土在不同温度下的变形性能,分析了水灰比对珊瑚混凝土变形性能的影响机理。研究表明:珊瑚混凝土具有比普通混凝土更大的热膨胀系数,且珊瑚混凝土的应变随着温度的变化呈线性发展。珊瑚骨料和珊瑚砂的内部孔隙对珊瑚混凝土的热膨胀系数有着重要的影响。砂浆和骨料热膨胀系数的加权平均值不能准确反应珊瑚混凝土的热膨胀系数,因此在混合率公式中引入一个骨料热膨胀放大系数k来体现骨料内部孔隙对混凝土热膨胀系数的影响,计算结果与测量值具有良好的一致性。Thermal expansion property is an important index that affects the temperature deformation and cracking of concrete.The deformation properties of coral concrete under different temperatures were studied by pouring coral concrete specimens with different strengths,and the influence mechanism of water-cement ratio on the deformation properties of coral concrete was analyzed.Research shows that coral concrete has a larger coefficient of thermal expansion than ordinary concrete,and the strain of coral concrete develops linearly with the change of temperature.The internal pores of coral aggregate and coral sand have an important influence on the thermal expansion coefficient of coral concrete.The weighted average value of thermal expansion coefficient of mortar and aggregate can not accurately reflect the thermal expansion coefficient of coral concrete.Therefore,an aggregate thermal expansion amplification coefficient k is introduced into the mixing rate formula to reflect the influence of internal pores of aggregate on the thermal expansion coefficient of concrete.The calculated results are in good agreement with the measured values.
