摘  要:水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料具有耐久性好、防水效果佳和绿色环保等优点,广泛应用于水泥混凝土工程防水和抗渗等病害治理。总结了水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料的活性物质作用机理、反应历程、组分种类及其含量、合成制备和性能测试等方面的研究成果。重点介绍了水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料的各类活性物质种类与分类方法,探讨了不同测试方法和性能指标的适用性。归纳出现有研究存在问题主要体现为CCCW的作用机理研究不充分、缺乏活性组分优选方法和判定准则、缺少活性物质之间的相容性和协同工作性能研究、欠缺适宜的性能评价指标等。研究成果可为水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料的组分设计、合成制备及其工程应用等提供理论依据和技术支撑。The cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing materials(CCCW)have many advantages,such as good durability,effective waterproof effect and green environmental protection,which are widely used to prevent the water penetration and permeability of concrete structures.In this study,the reaction mechanism,process,components,synthesis and performance of CCCW investigated by existing achievements were summarized.The species and classification method of active substances of CCCW were emphasized.Moreover,the applicability of performance index and test method of CCCW was also investigated.The shortcomings of CCCW obtained by experts at home and abroad are inadequacy mechanism research,lack of optimization methods and criteria for active component,less research of compatibility and cooperation of active substances,inappropriate performance evaluation index.The obtained results can provide the theoretical basis and technical support for the component design,synthesis and preparation,and engineering application of CCCW.
