摘 要:种子包衣作为种子技术集成的体现,最大限度地激发了种子活力潜能,已广泛应用于种子产业化。种子贮藏是产业化的一个重要环节,探讨不同含水量下的种子包衣处理在贮藏过程中的种子活力变化对种业企业种子产业化具有重要意义。本研究以玉米品种吉单50、先玉335种子为试材,研究包衣和未包衣种子在12%,12.5%,13.5%,14.5%和15.5%等5个不同初始含水量下贮藏前后的种子发芽率和活力变化。结果表明,不同含水量的种子包衣对贮藏后的种子发芽率和活力有明显影响,种子发芽率和活力均随着含水量的增加而逐渐降低,种子包衣安全贮藏的临界含水量应不高于13.5%。As the embodiment of seed technology integration,seed coating can stimulate the vigor and potential of seeds to the maximum extent,and has been widely used in seed industrialization.Seed storage is an important part of industrialization.It is of great significance for seed industrialization of seed enterprises to explore the changes of seed vigor in the storage process of seed coating treatment under different water contents.In this study,the seeds of maize varieties Jidan50 and Xianyu335 were used as test materials to study the changes of seed germination rate and vigor of coated and uncoated seeds before and after storage under five different initial moisture contents of 12%,12.5%,13.5%,14.5%and 15.5%.The results showed that seed coating with different moisture contents had a significant impact on the germination rate and vigor of stored seeds.The germination rate and vigor of seeds gradually decreased with the increase of moisture content.The critical moisture content of seed coating for safe storage should not be higher than 13.5%.
