摘　　要：以黑龙江省早熟区大豆种质为研究对象,选择33份大豆种质分别进行20℃和6℃温度处理,放置恒温箱内6 d,记录试验期间每份种质各阶段的发芽数量,计算各种质在不同温度下的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数。研究表明,低温能够显著影响大豆种质的发芽指标数值,降低发芽速率,减少最终萌发数量。采用隶属函数法对大豆耐冷性进行综合评价,依照各种质的平均隶属函数值进行聚类分析,最终筛选出耐冷型种质4份、中间型种质9份和低温敏感型种质10份。With the soybean germplasms in the early-maturing area of Heilongjiang Province as the research object,33 soybeans were selected to be treated at 20℃and 6℃respectively,placed in the incubator for 6 days,and the number of germination of each soybean at each stage during the experiment was recorded,and germination potential,germination percentage,and germination index of each soybean at different temperatures were calculated.The results showed that low temperature could significantly affect the germination index value of soybean germplasm,reduce the germination rate,and reduce the final germination quantity.Using the subordination function method to comprehensively evaluate the cold tolerance of soybean,and cluster analysis was carried out according to the average subordination function values of each soybeans.Finally,4 cold tolerant soybean germplasms,9 intermediate soybean germplasms and 10 low temperature sensitive soybean germplasms were screened out.
