摘 要:为提高油葵试验资料分析的科学性和准确性,克服亲本配置的盲目性,提高育种效率,对26份油葵品种(系)的主要农艺性状进行相关分析、灰色关联度分析和聚类分析。相关分析表明,结实率、株高、单盘总粒重和花盘直径与产量呈极显著正相关,单盘籽粒数与产量呈显著正相关,籽仁率与产量呈显著负相关;灰色关联度分析表明,主要性状对产量的关联顺序依次为:单盘总粒重>花盘直径>株高>结实率>单盘籽粒数>百粒重>茎粗>籽仁率;聚类分析将26个油葵品种(系)根据各性状的表现分为四大类群,第Ⅰ类和第Ⅱ类材料综合性状表现较好,在新疆有很大的研究价值和推广前景,而第Ⅲ类和第Ⅳ类材料综合性状差,可以根据实际育种目标合理选择。In order to improve the scientificity and accuracy of oil sunflower experimental data analysis,overcome the blindness of parental configuration and improve breeding efficiency,correlation analysis,grey correlation analysis and cluster analysis were carried out on the main agronomic traits of 26 oil sunflower varieties(lines).Correlation analysis showed that seed setting rate,plant height,total grain weight per disc and disc diameter were significantly positively correlated with yield,the number of grains per disc was significantly positively correlated with yield,and the kernel rate was significantly negatively correlated with yield.The grey correlation analysis showed that the correlation order of main traits to yield from strong to weak was:total grain weight per disk,disk diameter,plant height,seed setting rate,grain number per disk,hundred grain weight,stem diameter and kernel rate.Cluster analysis divided the 26 oil sunflower varieties(lines)into 4 groups according to the performance of each character.TypeⅠand TypeⅡmaterials had better comprehensive characters and had great research and promotion prospects in Xinjiang,while TypeⅢand TypeⅣmaterials had poor comprehensive characters and could be reasonably selected according to the actual breeding objectives.
