五味子种子种苗质量分级标准研究

摘　　要：以五味子23批种子和21批种苗为实验材料,测定五味子种子的净度、千粒重、含水量、生活力、发芽情况等5项指标,种苗的苗长、茎粗、根长、根粗、芽数、侧根数、单株重、每100 g种苗数等8项指标,对种子种苗指标信息进行数据分析,初步制定五味子种子种苗质量分级标准。结果表明,以生活力、发芽率为首要指标,含水量、千粒重、净度为次要指标,将五味子种子分为3个等级标准,一级:净度≥96%,千粒重>29.08 g,含水量>6.75%,生活力>98.22%,发芽率>81.33%;二级:净度≥96%,千粒重25.89~29.08 g,含水量6.52%~6.75%,生活力72.55%~98.22%,发芽率11%~81.33%;三级(不合格):净度<96%,千粒重<25.89 g,含水量<6.52%,生活力<72.55%,发芽率<11%;种苗以苗长、根长、芽数、单株重、每100 g种苗数为分级主要指标,将五味子种苗分为4个等级,一级:苗长>58.177 cm,根长>22.047 cm,芽数>17个,单株重>7.873 g,每100 g种苗数<15棵;二级:苗长>34.803~≤58.177 cm,根长>15.935~≤22.047 cm,芽数>12~≤17个,单株重>3.055~≤7.873 g,每100 g种苗数>15~≤31棵;三级:苗长26.453~34.803 cm,根长14.715~15.935 cm,芽数10~12个,单株重1.442~3.055 g,每100 g种苗数>31~≤70棵;四级(不合格):苗长<26.453 cm,根长<14.715 cm,芽数<10个,单株重<1.442 g,每100 g种苗数>70棵。该研究可为五味子种子种苗质量标准制定提供依据,为其良种选育提供参考。Using 23 batches of seeds and 21 batches of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Bail.seedlings as experimental materials,5 indexes such as clarity,1000-grain weight,water content,viability and germination of schisandra seeds,8 indexes such as seedling length,stem diameter,root length,root diameter,number of buds,number of side roots,weight per plant and number of seedlings per 100 g were determined and seedling index information was analysed using data.The results showed that the seeds of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Bail.were divided into three grade criteria with the vital power and germination rate as the primary indexes and water content,1000-grain weight and clarity as the secondary indexes.The first grade was:clarity≥96%,1000-grain weight>29.08 g,water content>6.75%,vital power>98.22%and germination rate>81.33%.Grade2:clarity,≥96%,1000-grain weight 25.89 to 29.08 g,water content of 6.52%to 6.75%,72.55%to 98.22%,life force germination rate 11%to 81.33%;Grade 3(unqualified):clarity<96%,1000-grain weight<25.89 g,water content<6.52%,life force<72.55%,germination rate<11%;Seedling length,root length,number of buds,weight per plant and number of seedlings/100 g were the main indexes of classification.1000-grain weight seedlings were divided into four grades.First grade:seedling length>58.177 cm,root length>22.047 cm,number of buds>17,weight per plant>7.873 g,number of seedlings/100 g<15.Grade2:seedling length>34.803 to 58.177 cm or less,root length>15.935-22.047 cm or less,bud number>12-17 or less,weight per plant>3.055-≤7.873 g or less,seedlings number/100 g>15-≤31 trees or less;Grade3:seedling length 26.453 to 34.803 cm,root length 14.715 to 15.935 cm,number of shoots 10 to 12,weight 1.442 to 3.055 g per plant,number of seedlings/100 g>31 to≤70;Grade 4(unqualified):seedling length<26.453 cm,root length<14.715 cm,number of buds<10,weight of single plant<1.442 g,number of seedlings/100 g>70.This study could provide a basis for the formulation of quality standard of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Bail.seeds and prov
