摘 要:为了研究卷丹种球分级标准,以湖南、湖北、贵州、重庆等卷丹主产区的种球资源为材料,测定种球和籽球周径、重量、鳞茎高等指标,并将各项数据进行主成分分析、K-均值聚类分析,以周径和重量为主要分级依据,建立了卷丹种球和籽球Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级分级标准,对不同等级种球和籽球进行田间种植试验。结果表明,Ⅰ级种球长势好,产量较高,Ⅲ级种球长势差,产量较低。为保证高产;卷丹生产用种球应控制在Ⅱ级以上。此方法制定的质量分级标准科学、可行,可作为卷丹种球质量控制标准,为卷丹规范化栽培提供参考。To study the quality bulb grading standard of Lilium lancifolium Thunb.,materials from some major producing areas Hunan,Hubei,Guizhou and Chongqing were collected,then circumference,weight,height and number of bulbs and bulb-lets were measured.The data were analyzed by principal component analysis and K-means cluster analysis,and circumference and weight were regarded as main grading criteria.In conclusion,the quality grading standards for bulbs and bulb-lets were established as GradeⅠ,ⅡandⅢ.Field experiments were carried out to observe plant growth and yield of different grades.The results showed that growth and yield of GradeⅠwere better and GradeⅢhad worst growth and yield.To ensure high yield,GradeⅡbulbs or above should be used for plantation.The established quality grading standard of L.lancifolium Thunb.was scientific and feasible,and provided the reference for the standardized cultivation of L.lancifolium Thunb..
