摘  要:为进一步研究碳纤维材料用于脉冲功率开关时的性能,将碳纤维材料制成的电极用于一个高电压(>500 kV)、大电流(>10 kA)脉冲功率自击穿气体(SF6)开关中,在不同的开关间距和气压条件下,对碳纤维电极开关的耐压能力和工作稳定性进行了实验研究,并与传统铜钨合金电极开关进行了对比。实验结果表明,相似条件下,碳纤维作为电极材料的耐压能力、稳定性和寿命不如铜钨合金电极开关。分析认为,用于脉冲功率开关时,碳纤维材料更适合低压及低功率的装置。相关结果可为研究人员选用碳纤维作为电极或阴极材料提供参考。To further study the performance of the carbon fiber material applied in the pulsed power switch,a carbon fiber electrode is used in a high voltage(>500 kV),and large current(>10 kA)pulsed power self-breakdown gas(SF 6)switch.The breakdown voltage and working stability of the carbon fiber electrode switch have been tested under different switch gap distances and gas pressures.The experimental results indicate that compared with traditional tungsten-copper alloy electrode,the breakdown voltage of carbon fiber electrode,stability and lifetime of carbon fiber as an electrode material are not as good as those of copper tungsten alloy electrode switches.Analysis suggests that carbon fiber material is more suitable for low-voltage and low-power devices when used for the pulsed power switches.The relevant results can provide reference for researchers to choose the carbon fibers as electrode or cathode material.
