摘　　要：速调管和正交场器件是两种高峰值功率真空器件,是高功率微波领域常用的微波源。本文首先介绍了行波管、速调管、回旋管和正交场器件等4类真空器件在高功率微波系统中的应用潜力及在电磁对抗领域的优点,并指出速调管和正交场器件在高功率微波领域应用的功率优势;其次,简单介绍了美国和俄罗斯利用高功率速调管和正交场器件的典型微波武器系统和装备;最后,从小型化、高功率及阵列式等方面介绍了速调管和正交场器件在高功率微波领域的技术发展和应用前景等情况。在速调管的应用方面:小型化速调管适合于移动灵活的微波武器平台;阵列式速调管适合应用于多功能相控阵微波武器系统;高峰值速调管适合用于集中发射式微波武器。在正交场器件方面:阵列式磁控管适合应用于毫米波高功率相干合成;高功率磁控管主要用于车载、船载等快速移动小型化微波武器平台;前向波放大管利用其透明通过特性应用于察打一体化系统。Klystron and crossed-field device(CFD)are two types of high peak power vacuum devices,which are commonly used in the field of high power microwave(HPM).In this paper,four vacuum tubes which have potential applications in the HPM system,namely travelling-wave tube(TWT),klystron,gyrotron,and CFD,are introduced,and their advantages in the field of electromagnetic countermeasures are introduced.Then,typical HPM weapon systems and equipments in the United States and Russia using klystron and CFD are briefly introduced.Finally,the technology development and application of klystron and CFD used in the HPM system are introduced from the aspect of miniaturization,high-power and array design.The miniaturized multiple klystron is suitable for mobile flexible HPM weapons platform.Because of the excellent phase stability,the klystrons for array application are suitable for multifunction phased array system in the HPM weapons.High peak power klystron is chosen for centralized generating HPM weapons.In terms of crossed-field device,the array magnetrons are suitable for millimeter wave HPM coherent combining.Due to small-volume and low-weight performances,the high power magnetrons are mainly used for quick-moving miniaturized microwave weapon platforms,such as on board vehicles and ships.The forward-wave amplifier is applied to the integrated system of observation and attack by virtue of its transparent pass-through characteristics.
