摘  要:探头校准技术是实现瞬态强电磁脉冲电场准确测量的基础,与传统以点频连续波为基础的时谐电场测量校准技术相比,瞬态强电磁脉冲电场探头校准技术的显著特点是要求时域脉冲标准电场具备极快响应时间和极宽工作带宽,这给当前脉冲电场探头校准技术研究带来较大挑战。本文介绍了基于单锥横电磁波(transverse electromagnetic,TEM)室的瞬态强电磁脉冲电场探头校准技术研究概况,重点讨论了本单位近年来自主研制的母线长为1.5 m的单锥TEM室,母线长为1.5 m的电阻阵列加载单锥TEM室和母线长为0.9 m的电阻阵列加载无反射单锥TEM室的主要指标,及上述校准装置在瞬态强电磁脉冲测量系统参数校准中应用情况,并简要总结了未来瞬态强电磁脉冲电场测量校准技术发展方向。Sensor calibration is the basis for accurate measurement of transient high power electromagnetic field.Compared with the conventional calibration based on time-harmonic field theory,the significant character of high power electromagnetic field measurement is the requirement of ultra-fast response time and ultra-wide transient bandwidth,thus posing great challenge for sensor calibration.This paper introduces the research overview of the electric field sensor calibration technology for the transient high power electromagnetic pulse based on monocone transverse electromagnetic(TEM)wave cell,and presents the development and detailed parameters of several self-developed monocones TEM cell,including the monocone with a length of 1.5 m,the resistively loaded monocone TEM cell with a length of 1.5 m,and the resistively loaded monocone TEM cell with a length of 0.9 m in anechoic chamber.The applications of the above calibration devices in parameter calibration of high power electromagnetic field measurement system are discussed,and the calibration technology and its trend of development for high power electromagnetic field measurement system is also discussed and analyzed.
