摘　　要：自身免疫是影响绵羊妊娠过程的重要因素。母体通过有序的免疫调节机制与自体或异体配子及半异基因胎儿相互作用,并通过免疫细胞及免疫调节因子的作用来实现母胎免疫耐受及对抗外来病原体的免疫平衡。绵羊体内促炎因子和抗炎因子的免疫平衡改变及复杂的动态调节机制保证了绵羊配子发生、受精、胚胎植入子宫、维持妊娠及分娩的有序进行,其中免疫调节因子异常变化是导致繁殖障碍的一个重要原因。因此,全面了解绵羊繁殖周期完整的免疫图景具有十分重要的研究意义。本文详细阐述了绵羊繁殖妊娠各阶段的自身免疫影响因素及其调控机制的研究进展,以期为绵羊高效繁育提供理论借鉴。Autoimmune factors are important influences on the pregnancy process of sheep.The mother interacts with autologous or heterologous gametes and semi-heterozygous fetuses through a sequential immunoregulatory mechanism and achieves immune tolerance and immune homeostasis against foreign pathogens through the action of immune cells and immunomodulatory factors.Abnormal changes in the immune balance of pro-and anti-inflammatory factors and the complex dynamic regulatory mechanisms ensure the orderly gametogenesis,fertilization,embryo implantation in the uterus,maintenance of pregnancy and delivery in sheep,during which abnormal changes in immunomodulatory factors are an important cause of reproductive disorders.Therefore,a comprehensive understanding of the complete immune picture of the sheep reproductive cycle is of great research importance.This paper details the progress of research on the factors affecting autoimmunity and its regulatory mechanisms in various stages of sheep reproduction and gestation,with a view to providing theoretical references for efficient sheep breeding.
