摘 要:利用超分子化学中大环化学的原理,研究了一系列大环和月牙形芳香吡啶酮类化合物作为新型离子载体,构建聚合物膜电位型传感器(ISEs)。由于被聚合排列的氧原子包围的空腔的电子密度明显高于传统上用作金属离子团的冠/硫冠醚中的氧/硫原子的电子密度,因此可以实现高选择性的重金属离子Zn^(2+)的测定。通过添加亲脂性添加剂以及增塑剂,优化传感器的膜组分,使聚合物膜电位型传感器对Zn^(2+)有着较好的能斯特响应,同时传感器的检测限以及线性范围得到了提升。传感器中离子载体的选择性能通过观察电位选择性系数得到,产生的ISEs对Zn^(2+)在广泛的pH值范围内显示出优异的响应,具有良好的可逆性和优秀的稳定性。Based on the principle of macrocyclic chemistry in supramolecular chemistry,a series of macrocyclic and crescent-shaped aromatic pyridone fol-darands containing intramolecularly hydrogen-bonded cavity were evaluated as ionophores for polymeric membrane metal ions selective electrodes.Highly selective potentiometric heavy metal ions such as Zn^(2+)determination could be achieved over their environmentally significant interfering cations,owing to the suitable cavity surrounded by con-vergently aligned O atoms whose electron density is significantly higher than that of the O/S atoms in crown ethers.By adding lipophilic additives and plasticizers,the membrane composition of the sensor was optimized,so that the polymer membrane potentiometric sensor has a good Nernst response to Zn^(2+),at the same time,the detection limit and linear range of the sensor are improved.The selectivity of the ion carrier in the sensor is obtained by observing the potential selectivity coefficient,and the produced ISEs shows excellent response to Zn^(2+)in a wide range of pH values,it has good reversibility and excellent stability.
