摘  要:市政污泥的处理对于改善城市环境和提高人民生活质量有着至关重要的作用,为了改善番禺大石净水厂污泥脱水性能,本文采用2种絮凝剂FeCl3和PAM进行不同比例的复配,对污泥进行调理。通过污泥沉降比、沉淀污泥含水率和污泥指数三个指标对调理结果进行考察,确定复合药剂的最佳配比为PAM∶FeCl_(3)=1∶2.7,PAM投加量为干基污泥质量的0.375%,此时污泥含水率可稳定降至95.5%,污泥脱水性能改善明显。In order to improve the sludge dewatering performance of Panyu Dashi Water Purification Plant,two kinds of flocculants FeCl3 and PAM were used to compound in different proportions to condition the sludge.The conditioning results were investigated by three indicators:sludge sedimentation ratio,sedimentation sludge moisture content and sludge index,and the optimal ratio of composite agent was determined to be PAM∶FeCl_(3)=1∶2.7,and the PAM dosage was 0.375%of the mass of dry-based sludge,at which time the sludge moisture content could be stably reduced to 95.5%,and the sludge dewatering performance was significantly improved.
