摘 要:通过利用铝片从ITO靶材酸性废水中分离铟、锡并对废水资源化利用进行研究,确定氯化铝结晶最佳的工艺参数和条件。结果表明,在废水浓缩倍数为2.0、加入铝的质量为理论值的200%、调节溶液pH为1.0的条件下产品质量最优,重结晶产品用稀盐酸洗涤后产品纯度达到99.5%,达到优等品级别。通过本文研究,成功实现富集回收铟、锡的同时得到副产品高纯结晶氯化铝,并且实现了盐酸的循环利用,在节约成本的同时解决工业废水的问题。Indium and tin were separated by aluminum sheets from acid wastewater of ITO waste target.And the optimal process parameters and conditions for crystalline aluminum chloride were determined after exploring the idea of wastewater resource utilization.The results show that the product quality is the best under the conditions that the concentration ratio of wastewater is 2.0,the mass of aluminum added is twice the theoretical value,and the pH of solution is adjusted to 1.0.The purity of the recrystallized product was 99.5%by washing with hydrochloric acid,which reached premium grade.This study not only enriched and recovered indium,tin and high-purity crystalline aluminum chloride as a by-product,but also realized the recycling of hydrochloric acid,which saved the cost and solved the problem of industrial wastewater.
