摘 要:过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))是生物体内最具有代表性的活性氧物质,也是一种对环境友好的高效氧化剂,在食品、医疗、制药和绿色能源化学等化学领域越来越重要。为提高过氧化氢含量测定的灵敏度和精确度,本文总结了近些年检测过氧化氢含量的方法,主要介绍了化学发光法、化学滴定分析法、分光光度法、荧光光度法、近红外光谱法和电化学分析法等6种检测过氧化氢的原理、优缺点,并列举了对其在生物体内作为探针的应用,并展望在其在化学和生物领域中的应用前景。Hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))is one of the most representative reactive oxygen species in living organisms.It is also an environmentally friendly and efficient oxidizing agent.It is becoming more and more important in the chemical fields of food,medicine,pharmaceutical and green energy chemistry.In order to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the determination of hydrogen peroxide content,this paper summarizes the methods of detecting hydrogen peroxide content in recent years,mainly introduces the principles,advantages and disadvantages of 6 kinds of detection methods of hydrogen peroxide,such as chemiluminescence method,chemical titration method,spectrophotometry,fluorescence spectrophotometry,near infrared spectroscopy and electrochemical analysis,and lists its application as a probe in biological body.And its application in the field of chemistry and biology is prospected.
