摘　　要：本文以石化基地为研究对象,以构建石化基地生态环境脆弱性评价指标体系为研究目标,运用定性分析方法,对指标体系的构建过程进行系统分析。主要研究内容有:石化基地的生态环境特征;生态环境脆弱性因素;生态环境脆弱性评价指标选择等。本文提出以自然环境敏感性和社会经济稳定性两个方面作为石化基地生态环境脆弱性评价的一级指标,再在此基础上选择对应二级和三级指标,由此形成石化基地生态环境脆弱性评价的指标体系。这一指标体系对于进一步度量石化基地生态环境脆弱性具有较为重要的参考价值。This paper takes the petrochemical base as the research object,takes the construction of the ecological environment vulnerability assessment index system of the petrochemical base as the research goal,and uses the qualitative analysis method to systematically analyze the construction process of the index system.The main research contents include:the ecological environment characteristics of petrochemical base;Vulnerability factors of ecological environment;Selection of ecological environment vulnerability assessment indicators,etc.In this paper,two aspects of natural environment sensitivity and social and economic stability are proposed as the primary indicators for the evaluation of the ecological environment vulnerability of petrochemical base,and then the corresponding secondary and tertiary indicators are selected on this basis,thus forming the index system for the evaluation of the ecological environment vulnerability of petrochemical base.This indicator system has important reference value for further measuring the ecological environment vulnerability of petrochemical base.
