摘  要:电镀行业是我国制造业生产过程中不可或缺的重要行业之一,随着科技的发展,电镀行业的发展逐年增长,其电镀工艺产生的废水污染不容小觑,目前废水年排放量已达4亿吨之多,废水排放最终影响着生态平衡。电镀废水监测作为企业污水排放是否达标的重要依据,具有重要意义。而如何确保监测结果的准确、客观、公平、公正,质量控制尤为重要,质控是环境监测过程的重要步骤之一,应贯穿监测全过程,是采样、分析等结果的准确性、精密性、代表性的重要举措。以广东某电镀企业废水为例,通过对该企业的电镀废水监测及质量控制进行归纳总结出具监测报告。The electroplating industry is one of the indispensable and important industries in the production process of China's manufacturing industry.With the development of science and technology,the development of the electroplating industry has increased year by year,and the wastewater pollution generated by its electroplating process cannot be underestimated.Currently,the annual discharge of wastewater has reached as much as 400 million tons,which ultimately affects the ecological balance.Electroplating wastewater monitoring is of great significance as an important basis for determining whether the wastewater discharge of enterprises meets the standards.How to ensure the accuracy,objectivity,fairness,and impartiality of monitoring results is particularly important for quality control.Quality control is one of the important steps in the environmental monitoring process,which should run through the entire monitoring process,and is an important measure for the accuracy,precision,and representativeness of sampling,analysis,and other results.Taking the wastewater from an electroplating enterprise in Guangdong as an example,this paper summarizes the monitoring and quality control of electroplating wastewater in the enterprise,and issues a representative,accurate,precise,and complete monitoring report.
