摘 要:本研究采用高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中D-泛醇的含量。样品经100%甲醇超声提取后,使用CAPCELL PAK ADME色谱柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),以20 mmol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(pH=3.0)和乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱。在波长214 nm处进行测定。D-泛醇的质量浓度在5.515~1102.99 mg/L范围内与其对应的峰面积呈线性关系,线性相关系数为0.999,检出限为15 mg/kg,定量下限为50 mg/kg。在低、中、高3个浓度水平上进行加标回收试验,回收率在88.6~109.8%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于3.7%。该方法快速高效、结果准确,适用于不同类型(液态水剂、乳液、膏霜、啫喱、面膜等)化妆品中D-泛醇的测定。In this study,the content of D-panthenol in cosmetics was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The samples were ultrasonically extracted with 100%methanol.A CAPCELL PAK ADME chromatographic column(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)was used for gradient elution with 20 mmol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(pH=3.0)and acetonitrile as mobile phases.The determination was carried out at the wavelength of 214 nm.The mass concentration of D-panthenol was linear with its corresponding peak area in the range of 5.515~1102.99 mg/L,the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999.Limit of detection of the method was 15 mg/kg and the limit of quantification was 50 mg/kg.The recoveries were in the range of 88.6%~109.8%,and the relative standard deviations(n=6)were less than 3.7%.The method is rapid,efficient and accurate,which is suitable for the determination of D-panthenol in different types of cosmetics(liquid water,emulsion,cream,gel,mask,etc.).
