摘 要:极地运输船在破冰航行工况下受冰载荷的作用会产生瞬态冲击噪声,同时其螺旋桨激励力会发生改变,从而影响舱室噪声。由此,对极地运输船舶在破冰航行工况下的舱室噪声评估方法进行研究,采用统计能量法与虚拟模态综合法相结合的方法进行评估,当在低频段下采用该方法所得结果的精度难以满足要求时,采用有限元法和边界元法进行评估。从模型简化、噪声源激励确定和计算评估等方面阐述评估的系统化流程,重点考虑冰载荷对舱室噪声的影响,为破冰型极地运输船舱室噪声评估方法的规范化提供参考。Transient impact noise will occur when polar transport ships are subjected to ice loads in icebreaking operations,and their propeller excitation forces will change,thus affecting cabin noise.Therefore,a study is carried out on the evaluation method of cabin noise for polar transport ships in ice breaking operation,where the statistical energy method is combined with virtual mode synthesis method for the evaluation.When the analysis accuracy of the above methods in the low frequency range is difficult to meet the requirements,finite element method and boundary element method could be used for the evaluation.This paper elaborates the systematic process of evaluation in the aspects of model simplification,determination of noise source excitation,and calculation evaluation,with a focus on the impact of ice load on cabin noise,which may provide reference for the standardization of cabin noise evaluation methods for ice breaking polar transport ships.
