摘  要:对装载冷藏集装箱的集装箱船货舱舱口盖内部通风系统的性能进行测试,得到的风量和风机效率等参数往往不能满足规格书或规范的要求,造成返工并产生修改工时和修改物量。为尽量减少系泊阶段实测相关参数对调试周期的影响,并得到设计要求的风压、风量和风机效率等参数,通过在车间进行风管通风系统Mock Up试验,提前验证相关参数,提前监测试验参数偏差,提前优化相关设计。实践结果表明,该试验能较好地解决集装箱船货舱通风系统风量不足和风机效率不达标等问题,尤其对批量建造的系列集装箱船有很好的参考价值。Testing of the inner ventilation system in the cargo hatch cover of refrigerated container ships often has the results that the parameters of air volume and fan efficiency do not meet the requirements of the specifications or Rules,which causes rework and generates the hours and materials needed by correction.In order to minimize the influence of measured parameters on the mooring phase of the commissioning stage and obtain the required parameters such as wind pressure,air volume and fan efficiency,Mock Up test of the air duct ventilation system is carried out in the workshop to verify the variable parameters,detect the deviation of test parameters,and optimize the relevant design in advance.The practical results indicate that the test can effectively solve the problems of insufficient air volume and fan efficiency in the ventilation system of container holds,which may provide reference for the series-built container ships.
