摘  要:天空光环境模拟系统能在地面人工模拟所有在飞行中遇到的日、夜全天候的天空光环境,以开展各型号驾驶舱光学集成试验为出发点,以各型号机头样机为最大被试对象,充分考虑后续机型的可扩展性,以适应后续衍生型或者新型号飞机驾驶舱,为驾驶舱的光学集成设计、视觉功效设计、验证试验、人因工程研究等提供多功能、可复现的光学验证条件。光环境模拟中的样机转运系统包含平台车、样机转运工装和调度管理系统,可将各型号机头样机转运至天空光环境模拟系统内部指定试验点,开展各项驾驶舱相关的试验研究。The sky light environment simulation system can manually simulate all the all-weather sky light environments encountered in flight on the ground,take the optical integration test of each type of cockpit as the starting point,take each model of head prototype as the maximum subject,and fully consider the scalability of subsequent models in order to adapt to the subsequent derivative or new aircraft cockpit.This system provides multi-functional and reproducible optical verification conditions for the optical integration design of the cockpit,visual efficacy design,verification test,human factor engineering research,etc.The prototype transshipment system in the optical environment simulation includes a platform car,prototype transshipment tooling,and dispatching management system.It can transfer each type of aircraft head prototype to the internal designated test point of the sky light environment simulation to conduct various cockpit-related experimental research.
