摘　　要：该文介绍了吉恩镍业冶炼厂的生产工艺流程,阐述了该厂采用仓式配料,浸没顶吹熔炼炉澳炉生产低冰镍,卧式转炉生产高冰镍的冶金工艺和指标控制。因自产精矿的供矿量下降,外购镍精矿的入炉量增加,为了节约采购镍精矿的生产成本,在保证安全生产的前提下,通过科学合理配料,提高了小料种含镍物料的处理量与高冰镍产品的产量,优化了镍金属回收率,实现了硫化镍精矿的节约使用,创造了可观的经济效益。This paper introduces the production process in Jien Nickel Smelter,and expounds the metallurgical process and index control of producing low-ice nickel by using silo batching and the submerged top-blown smelting furnace,Ausmelt furnace,and high-ice nickel by the horizontal converter.Due to the decline in the supply of self-produced concentrates and the increase in the charging amount of purchased nickel concentrates,in order to save the production cost of purchasing nickel concentrates,under the premise of ensuring safe production,through scientific and reasonable batching,the treatment capacity of the nickel-containing materials of small materials has been improved,the output of high-ice nickel products has been improved,the recovery rate of nickel metal has been optimized,the economical use of nickel sulphide concentrates has been realized,and considerable economic benefits have been created.
