摘 要:MXene是一种新型的类石墨烯二维晶体材料。MAX相通过一定的刻蚀手段制得MXene。MXene独特的二维结构及丰富的表面基团,赋予其优异的力学、电学性能以及表面可调节性,在电池、超级电容器、催化、海水淡化的方面具有非常广阔的应用前景。在制备的过程中,刻蚀剂的种类、刻蚀时间、剥离程度都会影响MXene的性能,合成方法的优化是MXene在应用上取得重大突破的必要条件。本实验采用原位氢氟酸刻蚀法制备MXene,讨论了超声时间(0 min、10 min、30 min、1 h、3 h)及超声方式的不同,对MXene的导电率、电磁屏蔽率的影响。结果表明:在超声10 min时MXene的导电率最佳,超声15 min时电磁屏蔽性能最好,可见调节超声条件有利于调控MXene性能。Mxene is a new type of graphene-like two-dimensional crystal material.Mxene is made from the Max phase by a certain etching method.Mxene's unique two-dimensional structure and abundant surface groups endow it with excellent mechanical and electrical properties and surface adjustability,and it has a very broad application prospect in batteries,super capacitors,catalysis and desalination.In the process of preparation,the type of etchant,etching time and peeling degree will affect the performance of MXene,and the optimization of the synthesis method is the necessary condition for MXene to make a great breakthrough in application.This experiment uses insitu hydrofluoric acid etching to prepare MXene,and discusses the influence of ultrasonic time(0,10 min,30 min,1 h,3h)and different ultrasonic modes on the conductivity and electromagnetic shielding rate of MXene.The results show that the conductivity of MXene is the best in 10 minutes of ultrasound,and that the electromagnetic shielding performance is the best in 15 minutes of ultrasound,which shows that adjusting ultrasonic conditions is conducive to regulating MXene performance.
