中药复方软脉煎对颈动脉粥样硬化患者中医证候的影响

摘　　要：目的评价中药复方软脉煎对颈动脉粥样硬化患者中医证候的影响。方法将98例肾精亏虚型颈动脉粥样硬化患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组(49例)给予西药常规治疗,治疗组(49例)在西药常规治疗基础上加用中医复方软脉煎,疗程均为6个月。治疗前后,比较2组患者中医证候积分。结果治疗前,2组间基线均衡(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组腰膝酸软、健忘、耳鸣、精神呆钝、足痿无力程度较治疗前减轻(P<0.01)。治疗后,对照组腰膝酸软、健忘、精神呆钝、足痿无力症状程度与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),耳鸣、耳聋较治疗前加重(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组腰膝酸软、耳鸣、精神呆钝、足痿无力程度较对照组轻(P<0.01)。结论中药复方软脉煎联合西医药常规治疗,能够改善颈动脉粥样硬化患者腰膝酸软、耳鸣、精神呆钝、足痿无力症状,具有一定的临床价值。Objective To evaluate the effect of Chinese medicine compound Ruanmai decoction on TCM syndrome in patients with ca-rotid atherosclerosis.Methods Ninety-eight patients with carotid atherosclerosis of kidney essence deficiency type were randomly di-vided into treatment group and control group.The control group of 49 cases received Western medicine routine treatment,and the treatment group of 49 cases received Chinese medicine compound Ruanmai decoction on the basis of Western medicine routine treat-ment.The course of treatment was 6 months.Before and after treatment,TCM syndrome were compared between the two groups.Re-sults Before treatment,baseline balance was observed between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the degree of lumbar and knee weakness,forgetfulness,tinnitus,mental dullness and foot impotence in the treatment group was reduced compared with that be-fore treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the symptoms of waist and knee weakness,forgetfulness,mental dullness and foot impotence had no statistical significance compared with before treatment(P>0.05),tinnitus and deafness were worse than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the degree of lumbar and knee weakness,tinnitus,mental dullness and foot impotence in the treatment group was less than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Chinese medicine compound Ruanmai decoction combined with Western medicine can improve the symptoms of carotid atherosclerosis patients,such as waist and knee weakness,tinnitus,dull mind and foot impotence,which is worthy of clinical value.
