摘　　要：总结黄春林教授对慢性心力衰竭(以下简称“心衰”)的病机认识与治疗经验。心衰是各种心脏疾病日久后的常见转归,危害严重。心衰病机主要是心气虚衰,日久殃及肺、脾、肾诸脏,致水、湿、痰、瘀滋生互结,属本虚标实之证。因此黄春林教授将慢性心衰分为4型进行治疗,并自创生脉苓桂救心汤、生脉真武救心汤等方,并随证加减,在临床中常获得满意疗效。Professor Huang Chunlin’s understanding of the pathogenesis and treatment experience of chronic heart failure was sum-marized.Heart failure is a common outcome of various heart diseases over time,and its harm is serious.The pathogenesis of heart fail-ure is mainly due to the deficiency of heart qi,which affects the lungs,spleen,and kidneys over time,resulting in water,dampness,phlegm,and blood stasis.Therefore,Professor Huang Chunlin divided chronic heart failure into four types for treatment,and created Shengmai Linggui Jiuxin decoction,Shengmai Zhenwu Jiuxin decoction and other prescriptions,and modified them according to the syndrome,and often obtained satisfactory results in clinical practice.
