摘　　要：痰既为致病因素,也为病理产物,既可为有形之物,也可为无形之邪,贯穿在许多疾病始终,使疾病治疗变得具有挑战性,故有“百病多由痰作祟”之说,从痰论治诸疾是中医学一种独特的治疗思路。俞慎初教授对临证治痰颇有独到见解,尤对内科多种病证,善于从痰论治,并运用温胆汤随症进行加减,取得较好的效果。文章举失眠、眩晕、惊悸、中风、狂躁等病的治痰验案以证之。Phlegm is not only a pathogenic factor,but also a pathological product.It can be both tangible and intangible evil.It runs through many diseases and makes the treatment of diseases challenging.Therefore,it is said that“all diseases are caused by phlegm”.Treating various diseases from phlegm is a unique treatment idea of traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Yu Shenchu has unique views on the treatment of phlegm with clinical syndrome,especially on a variety of internal medicine diseases and syndromes.He is good at treating from phlegm,uses Wendan decoction according to the symptoms,and has achieved good curative effect.This article cited insomnia,vertigo,palpitation,stroke,mania and other diseases of the treatment of phlegm cases to prove it.
