当归在《妇人规·胎孕类》中的应用浅谈

摘　　要：整理和分析《妇人规·胎孕类》中含当归的方剂,探讨当归在胎孕类病中的运用规律。《妇人规·胎孕类》含当归方剂共39首,其效补血和血,配伍补气药以升提,配伍补血药入五脏养血,配伍活血祛瘀药以瘀去新生,配伍生姜以调和脾胃、生化气血。在剂量应用和炮制选材上也有差异,剂量最大为一两,剂量为一钱的方剂最多,重用以补血、祛瘀扶正,平剂则和血、养血安胎,随证随经,因其病而药之;当归尾祛瘀下胎,酒制增其驱寒安胎之效、土制增其安胎补虚之效。This paper sorted out and analyzed the formulas containing Angelica in Furen Gui·Taiyun Lei to explore the application of Angelica in fetal and pregnancy diseases.There are 39 formulas containing Angelica in Furen Gui·Taiyun Lei,which are used to nourish and harmonize the blood,to promote the qi by combining qi tonics,to nourish the blood by combining blood tonics into the five viscera,to invigorate the blood and remove stasis by combining blood invigorating drugs,to harmonize the spleen and stomach,and to biochemistry the qi and blood by combining ginger.There are also differences in dosage application and concoction selection,the maximum dosage is one Liang,the dosage of one Qian is the most frequent formula,emphasizing the use of blood tonics,eliminating blood stasis and supporting the righteousness,pacifying the blood,nourishing the blood and calming the fetus,following the evidence with the menstruation,depending on the disease and the medicine,using Angelica tail to dispel blood stasis and lower the fetus,the wine system increases its effect of expelling cold and calming the fetus,and the clay system increases its effect of calming the fetus and nourishing the deficiency.
