芪附通痹汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察芪附通痹汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法将河北中医学院附属沧州中西医结合医院收治的糖尿病末梢神经病变患者分为观察组(80例)和对照组(80例)。对照组给予规范的降糖治疗,控制血糖变化,口服依帕司他。在对照组基础上给予观察组芪附通痹汤治疗,比较2组患者血糖水平变化、临床疗效、肝肾功能及不良反应。结果与同组治疗前相比,2组治疗后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平明显降低,空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为95.00%(76/80),明显高于对照组的85.00%(68/80),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前后肝肾功能指标水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芪附通痹汤对于糖尿病周围神经病变具有较好的临床疗效,且安全可靠,无明显不良反应,可于临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qifu Tongbi decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Hebei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into observation group(80 cases)and control group(80 cases).The control group was given standard hypoglycemic treatment to control blood glucose changes,and epalrestat was taken orally.Qifu Tongbi decoc-tion was given to the observation group on the basis of the control group.The changes of blood glucose level,clinical efficacy,liver and kidney function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h post-meal blood glucose(2 h PBG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels were significantly decreased in 2 groups after treatment,and fasting insulin(FINS)levels were significantly increased,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%(76/80),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(85.00%,68/80),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in liver and kidney func-tion indexes between two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Qifu Tongbi decoction has a good clinical effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy,is safe and reliable,without significant adverse reactions,and can be used in clinical promotion.
