乳痈汤联合推揉疏通法治疗早期急性乳腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析采用乳痈汤联合推揉疏通法治疗早期急性乳腺炎的临床效果。方法选择2020年4月—2021年7月在江西省会昌县妇幼保健院进行治疗的77例早期急性乳腺炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将77例患者分别纳入对照组(39例)及观察组(38例)。对照组单行头孢呋辛钠静脉滴注治疗,观察组应用乳痈汤联合推揉疏通法治疗。对比2组中医证候积分(乳房疼痛性肿块、皮肤发红、排乳失畅)改善情况及血清炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、中性粒细胞百分比(NE%)、白细胞(WBC)计数]水平改善情况。结果治疗1周后,观察组乳房疼痛性肿块、皮肤发红、排乳失畅的中医证候积分均低于对照组,观察组血清IL-6、NE%、WBC水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期急性乳腺炎患者应用乳痈汤联合推揉疏通法进行治疗,可有效抑制乳腺炎症因子表达,遏制症状发展。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Ruyong decoction combined with pushing and rubbing dredging method in the treatment of early acute mastitis.Methods A total of 77 patients with early acute mastitis who were treated in Huichang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from April 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the study objects,and they were included in the control group of 39 cases and the observation group of cases by random number table method.The control group was treated with cefuroxime sodium alone,and the observation group was treated with Ruyong decoction combined with pushing and rubbing.The improvement of TCM syn-drome scores(painful breast mass,skin redness,dyslactation)and the improvement of serum inflammatory factors(interleukin-6(IL-6),neutrophil percentage(NE%),white blood cell(WBC)count)were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 week of treat-ment,the scores of painful breast lumps and skin redness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of il-6,NE%and WBC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ruyong decoction combined with pushing and rubbing dredging method in the treatment of early acute mastitis can effectively inhibit the expression of mammary inflammatory factors and curb the development of symptoms.
