电温针八髎穴治疗脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究电温针八髎穴治疗脊髓损伤(SCI)后神经源性膀胱(NB)患者的临床效果。方法选择2021年3月—2021年11月在南昌市洪都中医院进行治疗的86例SCI后NB患者作为研究对象,采取随机数表法分别纳入对照组(43例)和观察组(43例),对照组单行常规膀胱康复治疗,观察组在常规康复治疗基础上联合电温针八髎穴治疗。对比2组的尿动力学(最大尿流速、膀胱排尿压力)指标水平、排尿状况[日均单次排尿量、神经源性膀胱症状评分表(NBSS)评分]改善情况。结果经过治疗,2组最大尿流速高于治疗前,膀胱排尿压力低于治疗前,日均单次排尿量较治疗前高,NBSS评分较治疗前低,且观察组最大尿流速高于对照组,膀胱排尿压力低于对照组,日均单次排尿量较对照组高,NBSS评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论对SCI后NB患者采用电温针八髎穴治疗可改善其尿动力学,提高其自主排尿控制能力,提升其生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of electric warming acupuncture on Baliao acupoint in patients with neurogenic bladder(NB)after spinal cord injury(SCI).Methods A total of 86 NB patients with SCI who were treated in Nanchang Hongdu Hospi-tal of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to November 2021 were selected as subjects.They were divided into the control group of 43 cases and the observation group of 43 cases by random number table method.The control group received conventional bladder rehabilitation therapy alone.The observation group was treated with electric warming acupuncture on Baliao acupoint on the basis of routine training.The improvement of urodynamics(maximum urine flow rate,bladder urination pressure)and urination status[daily single urination volume,neurogenic bladder symptom Rating Scale(NBSS)score]were compared between the two groups.Re-sults After treatment,the maximum urine flow rate of the two groups was higher than before treatment,the bladder voiding pressure was lower than before treatment,the average daily single voiding volume was higher than before treatment,and the NBSS score was lower than before treatment,and the maximum urine flow rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,the bladder voiding pressure was lower than the control group,the average daily single voiding volume was higher than the control group,and the NBSS score was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of NB patients after SCI with electric warming acu-puncture on Baliao acupoint can improve their urodynamics,their ability of independent urination control and their quality of life.
