温针灸配合隔药灸脐治疗子宫腺肌病临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨温针灸配合隔药灸脐治疗子宫腺肌病的临床效果。方法选取南昌市第一医院2019年11月—2021年11月收治的70例子宫腺肌病患者作为本次研究对象,其中2019年11月—2020年11月收治的35例患者为西药组,实施西药治疗;2020年12月—2021年11月收治的35例患者为研究组,实施温针灸配合隔药灸脐治疗。对比2组患者经期疼痛程度及月经失血量。结果治疗后,2组患者经期视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及月经失血图(PBAC)积分均有所降低,且研究组低于西药组(P<0.05)。结论对于子宫腺肌患者积极实施温针灸配合隔药灸脐治疗,能够减轻患者经期疼痛程度、减少患者经期出血量,值得推广与应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of warming needle moxibustion combined with medicated umbilical moxibustion in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods A total of 70 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to Nanchang First Hospital from Novem-ber 2019 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects,among which patients treated from November 2019 to November 2020 were in the Western medicine group of 35 cases,and were treated with Western medicine.The patients treated from December 2020 to November 2021 were included in the study group of 35 cases,who were treated with warming needle moxibustion combined with medicated umbilical moxibustion.The degree of menstrual pain and menstrual blood loss were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)and menstrual blood loss map(PBAC)in two groups were de-creased,and the study group was lower than the Western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion warming needle moxibustion com-bined with medicated umbilical moxibustion can reduce menstrual pain and blood loss,which is worthy of promotion and application.
