养阴清肺解毒汤联合穴位贴敷治疗阿片类药物相关性便秘临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究养阴清肺解毒汤联合中药穴位贴敷对阿片类药物性便秘的临床疗效。方法选取60例阿片类药物便秘患者,随机分为2组,每组30例。2组均使用盐酸羟考酮缓释片(奥施康定)止痛,对照组使用乳果糖口服溶液通肠,治疗组采用养阴清肺解毒汤联合中药穴位贴敷润肠通便。分析对比2组临床疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组在症状积分方面低于对照组(P<0.05),在卡氏评分(KPS)、胃肠道生活质量指数(GIQLI)评分等方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治愈率26.7%(8/30)高于对照组的6.7%(2/30),总有效率93.3%(28/30)高于对照组的70.0%(21/30),均P<0.05。结论养阴清肺解毒汤联合中药穴位贴敷对阿片类药物相关性便秘的临床疗效令人满意。Objective To study the clinical effect of Yangyin Qingfei Jiedu decoction combined with Chinese medicine acupoint appli-cation on opioid constipation.Methods A total of 60 patients with opioid constipation were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each.Both groups used oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets(oxycontin)to relieve pain.The control group used lactulose oral solution to open intestines,while the treatment group used Yangyin Qingfei Jiedu decoction combined with Chinese medicine acupoint application to moisten intestines and defecate.The clinical effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the symptom score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of KPS and GI quality of life index(GIQLI)were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The cure rate of the treat-ment group was 26.7%(8/30),which was higher than that of the control group(6.7%,2/30),and the total effective rate of 93.3%(28/30),which was higher than that of the control group(70.0%,21/30)(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangyin Qingfei Jiedu decoction combined with Chinese medicine acupoint application is satisfactory for the clinical effect of opioid constipation.
