化癥消胚汤联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨异位妊娠(Ectopic pregnancy,EP)患者采用化癥消胚汤联合甲氨蝶呤治疗的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年6月九江市妇幼保健院接收的70例EP患者作为研究对象,用随机数字表法分为2组,每组35例。对照组采用米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合化癥消胚汤治疗。比较2组患者治疗前、治疗3周后的中医证候积分、血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平;比较2组患者的阴道止血、盆腔包块消失时间及2组治疗期间发生的不良反应情况。结果治疗3周后,2组中医证候积分、β-HCG水平相较治疗前低,观察组较对照组低,观察组盆腔包块消失时间、阴道止血时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论化癥消胚汤联合以甲氨蝶呤为主的西药治疗可减轻EP患者的中医证候,促进症状消失,且不增加不良反应,安全性高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huazheng Xiaopei decoction combined with methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy(EP).Methods A total of 70 EP patients accepted by Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were divided into two groups with a random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone and methotrexate,and the observation group was treated with Huazheng Xiaopei decoction on the basis of the control group.The TCM syndrome score and serumβ-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)level of the two groups before and after 3 weeks of treatment,the vaginal hemostasis,the disappearance time of pelvic masses and the adverse reactions were com-pared between the two groups.Results After 3 weeks of treatment,the score of TCM syndromes andβ-HCG level in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and they were lower in the observation group.The pelvic mass disappearance time and vaginal hemostasis time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Huazheng Xiaopei decoction and western medicine mainly with methotrexate can alleviate the TCM syndromes of EP patients,promote the disappearance of symptoms,and has a high safety without increasing ad-verse reactions.
