健脾养肝丸联合恩替卡韦治疗肝郁脾虚型乙肝肝硬化代偿期临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究健脾养肝丸联合恩替卡韦分散片治疗肝郁脾虚型乙型病毒性肝炎(以下简称“乙肝”)肝硬化代偿期的临床效果。方法选择肝郁脾虚型乙肝肝硬化代偿期患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各40例,对照组采用恩替卡韦治疗,观察组在此基础上联合健脾养肝丸治疗,均治疗6个月。分别观察治疗前后2组患者的临床效果、肝功能指标以及肝纤维化指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.5%(37/40),高于对照组的77.5%(31/40)(P<0.05);治疗后观察组肝功能及肝纤维化指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾养肝丸联合恩替卡韦治疗肝郁脾虚型乙肝肝硬化代偿期,效果优于单纯恩替卡韦治疗,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jianpi Yanggan pill combined with entecavir in treating hepatitis B cirrhosis in compensatory stage of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type.Methods Eighty cases of selected patients with hepatitis B cirrho-sis in compensatory stage of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with entecavir,while the observation group was treated with Jianpi Yanggan pill on the basis of entecavir.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,liver function indexes and liver fibrosis indexes were observed in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%(37/40),which was higher than the 77.5%(31/40)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the liver function and liver fibrosis indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Yanggan pill combined with entecavir is more effective than entecavir alone in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis in compensatory stage of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type,which is worthy of clinical application.
