调经止痛方治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经临床体会

摘　　要：介绍治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床体会。痛经是妇科最常见的疾病,中医治疗痛经有独特优势。中医痛经的辨证分型中,寒凝血瘀型最为常见。寒凝血瘀型痛经病机为寒邪客于冲任、胞宫,冲任、胞宫气血凝滞,经期经血下泄受阻,不通则痛。作者本着“调理冲任、胞宫气血”的治疗原则,采用“温经散寒、活血化瘀、调经止痛”的治疗方法,临床上于患者经前期应用调经止痛方,收效良好。The clinical experience in treating primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type was introduced.Dys-menorrhea is the most common disease in gynecology,and traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in treating dysmenor-rhea.Traditional Chinese medicine classifies dysmenorrhea into different types,among which dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type is the most common.The pathogenesis of dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type is that cold evil guests in Chong and Ren channels and uterus,Chong and Ren channels and uterus qi and blood coagulation,menstrual blood leakage is blocked,and“obstruction causes pain”.In line with the treatment principle of“regulating Chong and Ren channels and uterus qi and blood”,the treatment method of“warming channels and dispersing cold,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,regulating menstruation and relieving pain”is adopted.In clinical practice,regulating menstruation and relieving pain recipe is used in premenstrual treatment,and the effect is good.
