摘　　要：目的探讨标准化病人(Standardized patient,SP)结合医学模具在中医肛肠外科住院医师规范化培训考核体系中的应用情况。方法从福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院2020级中医住院医师规范化培训医师(以下简称规培生)中随机抽取80名作为实验对象,随机分为2组,每组40名,实验组为SP结合医学模具教学组,对照组为传统教学组。实验结束后,2组同时进行考核,比较2组的理论成绩、临床技能成绩以及病史采集、体格检查与专科检查、医患沟通方面的成绩,根据教学法在中医肛肠外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用情况,评价SP结合医学模具教学法的效果。结果2组规培生理论成绩差异无统计学意义;实验组临床技能成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在病史采集、体格检查与专科检查、医患沟通考核方面,实验组成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SP配合医学模具用于住院医师规范化培训,提高了中医肛肠外科的临床教学质量,规培生满意度高,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application of standardized patient(SP)integrated medical mold in the standardized training and assessment system of residents in anorectal surgery of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 80 traditional Chinese medi-cine residents in grade 2020 in The Second Affiliated People’s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 residents in each group.The experimental group was SP combined with medical mold teach-ing group,and the control group was traditional teaching group.At the end of the teaching experiment,the two groups were assessed at the same time.The experimental group and the control group were compared in the aspects of theoretical achievements,clinical prac-tice achievements,medical history collection,physical examination and doctor-patient communication.The effect of SP integrated medical mold teaching method was evaluated according to the application of teaching method in standardized training of residents in anorectal surgery of traditional Chinese medicine.Results There was no significant difference in theoretical scores between the two groups.The clinical skill score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group in medical history collection,physical examination,specialist examination and doctor-patient communication assessment,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion SP integrated medical mold can improve the clinical teaching quality of anorectal surgery of traditional Chi-nese medicine,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
